Damaged Prints
Any print that you receive via USPS, that is damaged, will be replaced. Please save the package and first report the damage to the USPS. Then contact me, via Email at customerservice@lksciandra.com, and I will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the print that you have
purchased you may return the print for a full refund of the cost plus sales
tax within 25 days of receiving the print.
In order to return the package please follow these steps:
1) Email us at "customerservice@lksciandra.com
2) Repackage the print in the original container and mail it to me via
USPS Priority Mail, insured for the cost of the print to the address given on
the contact us page of this website or on the receipt that you received with
the print.
3) You will receive the refund 14 days after we have received the
returned print.
